Terms and conditions, cancellations
Payment must be received prior to attending the conference. All fees are AUD.
Registrations will be processed only on receipt of a completed registration form accompanied by either payment or a purchase order.
Cancellation policy
Registration and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail or email to the 2018 Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations notified in writing prior to August 12, 2018 incur a fee of $80 (inc GST); on or after that date no refund is given.
Substitutions
As an alternative to cancellation, a delegate may arrange for another person to be registered in their place at any time. Please advise the Conference Secretariat of substitutions in writing either by mail or email.
