Webinar: Coping Skills – seeing the invisible
Presenter: Linno Rhodes
Date: Wednesday, 30th July 2025

5:30 pm NT, SA (ACST); 4:00 pm Perth WA (AWST)
Coping Skills – we all have them and use them. Some of them serve us well and others not so much. When we see or experience our students (or ourselves) doing or being in puzzling ways, we can apply a lens of curiosity to understand that they may be relying on coping skills that are not serving them any more. This workshop based webinar will help us to understand coping skills, why we use them, and how to help ourselves and others shift away from actions that are no longer useful.
