Ins and Outs

• All fees include GST.
• Registration includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch. All other meals are at your own expense.
• Accommodation and travel is the responsibility of attendees.
• Payment must be received prior to attending the conference.
• Early bird** payment must be received by 5pm AEST July 15, 2025.
• The networking event, late Thursday afternoon, is an additional fee.
•  An invoice will be sent to all registrants.
• Payment by direct bank transfer, PayPal or credit card via PayPal (but no PayPal account required).

Cancellations

• Cancellations notified by email prior to August 7, 2025 incur a fee of $80 (inc GST); on or after that date no refund is given.
• Substitutions can be arranged at any time.

• The program is subject to change without notice and ACAL cannot guarantee the attendance of any particular speaker.
