The Reading Writing Hotline manager Vanessa Iles and the ACAL president Jo Medlin presented to over 250 Australian government digital professionals across Australia in March. The webinar focussed on key issues around readability, accessibility and forms, both paper and digitally based. Participants were actively engaged with insightful questions and comments on improving accessibility of government information. Thank you Peter Lechlein from Service NSW for inviting us to present at the network\u2019s webinar and for kindly sharing the recording so ACAL members can watch.<\/span><\/p>\n
