Set Up<\/h2>\n

- Connect to the Internet using your own or Conference free WiFi ‘MConnect’<\/li>\n
- Open your browser on your phone or tablet<\/li>\n
- Search eventium.eventapp.com.au<\/a><\/li>\n
- Click on the appropriate store for your device \u2013 App Store or Google Play<\/li>\n
- Follow the directions to \u2018Get\u2019 or \u2018Open\u2019 the app.<\/li>\n
- The orange Eventium icon will appear on your device\u2019s screen. You may need to swipe left\/ right to locate it.<\/li>\n
- Tap and the Conference home page will open.<\/li>\n
- The code is ACAL18<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
- The cog wheel above the menu, top right, allows you to refresh content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
It is recommended that you take time to read, \u2018App Info\u2019. This will explain each icon\u2019s use.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Get your program<\/h2>\n
Your Conference sessions will be printed on your name tag and were on the invoice sent when you registered, you can enter them now.<\/p>\n

- Tap on Pre-Conference\/Conference Programs<\/li>\n
- Bookmark a session using the banner on the right-hand side or bookmark icon<\/li>\n
- All selections will appear in My Event\/My Schedule<\/li>\n
- Conference program only – Swipe left to open Fri 14th, swipe right to return to Thurs. (on a tablet choose the tab)<\/li>\n
- Scroll down or up to view a day\u2019s program<\/li>\n
- Tap the white arrow to open a session\u2019s options<\/li>\n
- Tap a session to view details<\/li>\n
- Tap the back arrow top left-hand corner to return to the program page, on a tablet select the icon<\/li>\n
- Tap the banner on the right to select your session. This will appear in your My Event\/My Schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Your full program<\/h2>\n
- \n
- On the home page – tap My Event<\/li>\n
- Tap My Schedule to see your selected sessions with titles, presenter\/s names, location and time<\/li>\n
- Tap the session to\n
- \n
- Remove the bookmark \u2013 this will remove it from your My Event schedule<\/li>\n
- Tap the pen to make session notes. Go to My Event to export your notes by email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- Speakers – Provides short biographies of each speaker<\/li>\n
- Bookmark these to appear in My Event or click on their name in the session details in My Schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Battery Life<\/h2>\n
Follow the guide under App Info. You will be using your device a lot each day and may use up the battery before you use up the Conference!<\/p>\n
