Interest Group Gatherings
What is an Interest Group Gathering?
ACAL Interest Groups are gatherings for new and experienced practitioners around a particular aspect of LLN that will allow time for in-depth discussion. Experienced practitioners will facilitate the Interest Group. The sessions will focus on a topic and offer time for sharing of ideas, experiences and resources. They offer the opportunity to learn new ideas and to develop networks for continued interaction and professional sharing.
Possible Interest Groups (not yet confirmed) are:
- LLN in Corrections
- LLN in Aboriginal Contexts
- LLN Policy
- LLN Research
- New Literacy teachers
- New to Numeracy teaching
When and where
Interest Groups will be part of the Pre-Conference Forum, at the Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. Register for the Forum
